Jackie started practising as an Aesthetic Nurse over 25 years ago working for a well-known chain of clinics. She assisted clients pre and post-operatively whilst they underwent cosmetic surgery. Ten years later Jackie opened her first clinic in Surrey as non-surgical treatments became more popular, such as the original collagen injections.
Fifteen years ago Jackie set up a clinic in Brighton with a particular interest in skin and promoting and advising on good skin health prior to undertaking any cosmetic surgery or injectable treatments. Jackie takes a pride in analysing lifestyles, assessing their existing home care routines and providing personalised skincare regimes with high grade cosmoceuticals with active ingredients for clients’ particular skin care concerns. Jackie considers analysis and assessment of a patient and reviewing their skin is essential prior to undergoing other non-surgical treatments such as lasers, intense pulsed light or re-contouring treatments.
Jackie keeps up-to-date with new developments in the aesthetic and cosmetic surgery fields and places great importance on staff development and training in her clinic.
In her spare time, she enjoys personal training twice a week and also swims in the sea which is on her doorstep (lucky Jackie!).

Loven Ganeswaran has been practising dentistry in Sunninghill, Berkshire for the past 10 years as well as spending 6 years as an FD trainer. In 2015, Loven and friend Kiri founded Chairsyde after deciding to take what they know about dentistry and tech to improve oral health education in the UK.
Off the back of a life-changing trip to Sri Lanka, where they provided dental treatment in orphanages, they realised the power of education. They spent their days teaching children about oral health and found that the lessons that really stuck were the ones that had a visual and musical element.
Loven wanted to take this insight and inspiration and create a product that would engage and empower patients. As a dentist himself, Loven often spent time drawing pictures of teeth on the back of his day list, explaining conditions to patients. He knew that dentists need a tool that sits by their side and educates patients on their procedures as they go.
By appealing to the patient’s eyes and ears, and providing an interactive patient journey, the Chairsyde founders created a better way to communicate, engage and educate patients whilst increasing access for those who need it.
Armed with a vision for better dental education, Loven and Kiri launched Chairsyde – a dentist’s best friend. Their mission is to help dentists create exceptional patient experiences around the world, so they can grow their practice, transform health and mitigate risk.

Prior to becoming a dentist, Amo Sohal completed his degree in Biomedical Science at King’s College London, which he attained at the age of 21. It was at this time that he was first exposed to dentistry. Having always wanted to pursue a career in science and helping people, dentistry seemed the perfect path. Amo completed his Dental Degree in 2014 in Prague following on from his BSc. Following this is where the hard work truly began after countless job rejections as a newly qualified dentist. He went door to door handing out his CV and eventually found a practice in Crawley, where he began as a receptionist, working for free, and made his way up through the practice. During this time, he worked as a dental nurse, a hygienist and finally a dentist. In 2016 an opportunity arose to buy the practice which he grabbed with both hands.
Dr. Amo’s experience working his way up through the practice was invaluable. Having performed all the roles in a dental surgery, leading to a deep understanding of all of his employees, and being able to witness all the areas of weakness and those that require improvement. When he bought the practice, he began to add his own input and learnt from the mistakes he had previously made and witnessed.
Amo is now the co-founder of an award-winning dental practice and has been nominated as a finalist at the prestigious Private Dentistry Awards 2017-2019 and The Dentistry Awards 2017-2019 for Best Young Dentist. Chris has been in full-time employment for 49 years. He has operated his own businesses for 32 years and has been a trainer, consultant, coach and mentor to the UK dental profession for 23 years.
Chris combines long experience and deep expertise with the originality and independence needed to resolve the thorniest problems.
Naturally direct, assertive and determined, he can reach conclusions quickly, as well as possessing the sharp reflexes and lightness of touch to innovate, change tack and push boundaries. As a speaker, he is dynamic, energetic and charismatic.
Chris spent the first 17 years of his working life in the corporate sector and followed this with 30+ years of business ownership. The different dynamics of both worlds have given him the valuable gift of knowing how to operate – and communicate – in both.
In 1987 Chris was active in the establishment of the Institute for Financial Planning, an organisation representing the first fee-based Financial Planners in the UK; Chris specialised in working with small businesses.
In 1993 Chris decided to make the transition to business coaching and became one of the first UK students at Coach University, from where he graduated as a certified coach. The first decade of the 21st Century saw Chris in a variety of roles including Non-Executive Directorships as well as continuing his training, consultancy and coaching work for dental corporates, PCTs, dental retailers and, of course, independent practices.
Chris has co-authored Profitable Dental Practice (with Prof. Phil Newsome) and The E-Myth Dentist (with Michael Gerber) and is a prolific contributor to dental journals as well as author of his own e-books and blog since 2004.
In 2014 Chris experienced a “brief but enjoyable” summer of celebrity after appearing as one of the first castaways on the TV survival show “The Island with Bear Grylls”, abandoned with 12 others on a Pacific desert island and left to fend for themselves for a month.
His own day to day work as Coach Barrow with The Extreme Business programmes is still focused on strategic coaching with the owners of dental practices and micro-corporates.
