Deborah Litherland-Smith

Deborah Litherland-Smith has been working at Bore Street Dental Practice since 1987 and became practice manager in 2007. The practice has thrived in its pursuit of excellence and patient satisfaction under her leadership. Running a 10-surgery practice with over 40 members of staff, she was pivotal in the strategic decision to transition the practice to private dentistry.
