Tony Rickwood

Tony spent 25 years managing large-scale retail operations for Tesco before moving into dentistry in 2015. Joining Pallant Orthodontics as business manager, he helped grow the practice from six to 30 staff across two sites, including building a second specialist practice from the ground up. Over 11 years he led NHS contract management, practice rebranding, treatment coordinator integration and in-house 3D printing. He now runs TDBM, an orthodontic consultancy supporting practices across the south with operational strategy and practice management training.
