Mr Dalvi Humzah is a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon. He is fully registered with the General Medical Council and his name appears on their Specialist Register for Plastic Surgery. He is a full member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive, Aesthetic Surgeons(BAPRAS), the United Kingdom Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons(UKAAPS), American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS). He has been voted Aesthetic Practitioner of the Year 2016-17 and won multiple awards for his teaching in Facial Aesthetics.
Mr Humzah has always taken an active interest in teaching and training. He has been the STEP® Tutor for the Royal College of Surgeons of England and is an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of Glasgow. He was previously the Chairman of the Medical Advisory Committee at the Nuffield Health Wolverhampton Hospital, Chairman of the Greater Midlands Skin Cancer Group and Co-Chairman of the UK Botulinum Toxin Group for Aesthetics. He is a national and international presenter and is a Key Opinion Leader and Scientific Advisory Board Member to the Aesthetic Sector. He sits on the Private Practice Committee of the BMA and the Continuing Education Committee of ASPS/PSF. He is Chairman of the Educational Board of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine.
As the Medical Director and Lead Tutor of Medicos Rx he has been involved in delivering the multi-award winning Dalvi Humzah Aesthetic Training courses: Advanced Facial Anatomy, Complications, Injectable Training and Training Aesthetic Trainers. He is a founding member of the Academy of Clinical Educators at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and delivers Anatomical teaching, with dissections, internationally.Mr Humzah offers plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery and non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
Mr Humzah was appointed to his first Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery post in 1998 and has maintained a Private Practice since that time.
Mr Humzah is an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons and has been the Tutor for their STEP® distance learning programme. He is the Lead on the Clinical Advisory Board for the Aesthetics Journal, the Aesthetics Sub-Editor for PMFA and Deputy Editor for e-LPRAS.
In his spare time he can be found on his vegetable patch or greenhouse growing vegetables and exotic plants...
