Dental leadership and organisational culture consultant
Mark Topley is a leadership and culture specialist working with dental practice owners and practice managers through Exceptional Team Performance. His work builds practices where the standards hold when the owner isn't in the building, and he works with principals and managers together, because that is where most of the friction sits.
He has spent 25 years in dentistry, including thirteen years leading the charity Bridge2Aid in Tanzania. He runs the Practice Manager Bootcamp in partnership with Practice Plan, speaks at the BDA, the Dentistry Show, FDI and Dentown, and writes regularly for Dentistry.
