Dr. Giles Ratcliffe

Practice improvement coach and former owner of Shaw & Associates Dental Surgeons in Huddersfield and Halifax Giles graduated as a dentist in Leeds in 2008 before acquiring two long established West Yorkshire practices in 2013. He built them up over six years of hard work before selling to a group operator in a landmark deal. Now, Giles, still full of enthusiasm, has decided to help other practice owners realise the potential in their business.
