Simon Reynolds

Simon Reynolds is the managing director of Patient Plan Direct, providing low-cost and effective dental plan administration.

What sets them apart is that admin fees are often two to three times less than other major plan providers, ensuring that practice owners retain more of their plan income.

Janice Charlton

Janice is the head of business development at plan provider, Patient Plan Direct, having worked in dentistry for over 30 years.

She previously managed and co-owned a busy NHS practice and in 1991 the practice was one of the first in the UK to convert to private by introducing a membership plan.

Over the course of the next two decades, Janice has worked for several other plan providers, before joining the Patient Plan Direct team in 2015.

She has supported hundreds of practices with successful NHS conversions.

Orla O’Herlihy

Orla graduated from Cork University in Ireland in 2010 and came to Somerset to do her foundation training.

She loved the area and decided to stay in Somerset.

She has worked in Hill House Dental Surgery since 2014 and bought the practice in 2019. She has three young daughters who take up most of her spare time but loves to travel when she gets the chance.
