Improve your patient consultations to grow your Practice
09:00- 16:00 | Add to Calendar
The ideal way to manage patient conversations is to take a consultative approach. When we’re busy and focused on the number of patients we have to see, we can forget how important it is.  Many dentists and teams haven’t learned a consultative communication model.  Patients want to gain insights, be listened to and understood. It’s only then, they’re ready to hear the treatment options, and make decisions, not before.  Taking a consultative approach to patient conversations changes the patient’s perspective and gives them confidence that we offer the best treatment options.  In this session Justin will share a proven approach that advances the effectiveness of the patient consultation and wins the confidence of every patient.

On the flip side, many dentists run dental clinics with over £1million in revenue, staff of over 20 with no formal business training.

The topic will aim to demonstrate how the dental laboratory and dental technicians are an integral part of the patient journey.   Patients are becoming ever savvier in their personal choices and more demanding in what they expect, this makes interactions with them more likely. It also means that a private dental practice will demand more than just functional work – they will want to be able to send a patient for a shade for example and they will want to create an experience for the patient to keep them.   A dental laboratory can help create this experience with them.
