Immediate versus delayed implants – the decision making tree
Speaker: Imi Nasser

Imi Nasser

Imi graduated from Bristol Dental School in 2006. Following hospital posts in oral and maxillofacial surgery and restorative dentistry, he has been in private practice for 14 years.

In 2020, he set up a multidisciplinary referral practice, Cheltenham & Cotswold Dental. He won the 2021 and 2022 UK Aesthetic Dentistry Award for implants and completed his MSc with distinction in 2014.

Having started placing implants in 2010, Imi has focussed on bridging the gap between implant surgery and aesthetic final restorations. He has a wealth of experience with implant surgery (immediate and delayed), and provides a referral service for patients requiring sinus grafting, vertical bone grafting, advanced bone augmentation and soft tissue augmentation procedures (connective tissue and free gingival grafts).

His latest area of passion is in the teaching of ridge preservation and how it can simplify tooth replacement therapy for bridges and implants.
