Practice Plan’s annual Workshop Tour is still weaving its way around the country and it’s garnering rave reviews.
Dental colleagues have gathered in venues as far apart as Solihull, Newcastle, Gatwick and Belfast to find out from host, Michael Bentley, how to help nourish each other so their team can flourish.
In between sessions on subjects such as cultures, meetings and patient charters, we managed to grab a little time with some of the attendees to ask them what they felt being a Practice Plan practice was like for them.
As you can see in this short video there was a wide range of descriptions our fabulous customers chose to write on their blackboards. ‘Inspirational’, ‘magical’ and ‘liberated’ were some of the comments we least expected (but we’ll happily take them, thank you!)
We were also described as ‘loyal’ and ‘professional’ and, apparently, we’re ‘a good laugh’! However, the word that was used most frequently was ‘supportive’ which was music to our ears.
Our incredibly popular Workshop Tour is just one of the ways we at Practice Plan try to support our customers. Our regional events not only offer the chance to get business advice from renowned industry figures, but also a chance to meet with people from other practices, who are in a similar position to each other.
Can’t make it to an in-person event? Then we have online courses and frequent webinars that offer great insight into some of dentistry’s most pressing issues.
Great as they are, we’re about more than just events. From our field-based regional support managers to the head office team, everyone’s aim is to support our practices to run successful and profitable businesses. Which is possibly why so many people used ‘family’ to describe how it felt to be part of Practice Plan.
