Alan Clarke, founder and clinical lead at Paste Dental, joins Simon Reynolds (managing director) and Dan Nulty (business development manager), to discuss why he decided to ditch capitation (care) style plans in his practice and migrate to a membership plan offering.
The change was managed at the same time the practice switched plan providers, utilising the bulk transfer method for a seamless transition, which also resulted in significant plan administration cost savings.
Alan shares his rationale for the change, how everything was communicated to patients, and the high retention rate of plan patients, and goes on to discuss the importance and secrets of growing your own practice brand when it comes to dental plans.
