What could you learn at an Aligner Training Diamond Masterclass?

Gina Vega shares delegate testimonials from her recent Aligner Training Diamond Masterclass – helping attendees develop their skills to confidently provide Invisalign treatment.

After two successful events, I want to share with you some of the testimonials from our delegates.

We had a variety of expertise in the room. There were delegates who had just started working with Invisalign and some with under 20 cases. Others had certified as Invisalign providers a few years ago but had not started any cases yet so had lost confidence in how to get started. It was a lovely mixture of personalities with delegates coming from Wales and other parts in the UK.

Personally, I was really pleased with the engagement of the delegates. All felt comfortable to share their experience and together we walked through every step towards delivering the best Invisalign journey for our patients.

We had lunch at a lovely brasserie around the corner, where we ate delicious food and had an opportunity for networking. We all enjoyed ourselves!

At the masterclass I provide down to earth advice on conducting Invisalign consultations. I also show my delegates how to work efficiently with their nurse when placing and removing attachments and do interproximal reduction with a burr.

For the treatment planning, I explain in a very simple way the basics of biomechanics and what attachments to use in each movement. As well as what to look for when reviewing Clinchecks and how to modify them using the 3D controls.

Testimonials

Beatrice Amadi

My name is Dr Beatrice Amadi. I am a business partner and owner of Swedental of surgery in Lymington. I want to upgrade my knowledge in dentistry.

Invisalign is one of those subjects that I needed to learn more about. I would recommend other dentists to come and take part in Dr Gina’s courses. I think the education from today was really super!

Jenni Rawes

I’m Dr Jenni Rawes, and I am a general and cosmetic dentist. I work at Ten Dental in Clapham in London. I’ve come on the course today because I’m fairly new to using Invisalign. I’ve been doing it for about six months. And I’m really enjoying getting a deeper knowledge of Invisalign.

I’ve known Dr Vega for a number of years. She’s so passionate about this line and she has done so many cases that I thought it would be a valuable course and a valuable person to learn from. She’s very inspiring. So I really look forward to it.

I particularly learned from today about all the different attachments, movements that they control, and how to utilise those to get a more predictable outcome for your patients.

I also feel much more confident to use the 3D controls on the clean track, especially in selecting which of those attachments I want to use for each movement and in particular cases, to make sure that we get the best outcome for our patients in the most efficient way as well. I think that’s going to really impact my clinical practice.

Barry David

My name is Barry David. I’m a general dentist from South Wales. But I’ve enjoyed the course immensely. It’s been good, it’s been well run, and I hope we’ll take away a lot from it.

I will certainly use Invisalign. I’ve just set up a private practice from an NHS practice. I will need quite a lot of experience before I start doing Invisalign treatment. I recommend this class immensely – I think Gina and his team have been very good.

Nicola Evans

I feel that doing the course has really helped. It’s been really good – really informative. I would recommend this course to all of my colleagues.
