An award-winning dental laboratory with a passion for quality, we pride ourselves on delivering a first-class service to our 23,000 clients. We supply clinically proven treatments in the areas of snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea, bruxism and orthodontics (including Smilelign clear aligners).

Originally launched in 2005 as Solutions 4 Snoring, S4S Dental has grown massively over the last 18 years. Now – three laboratory moves later – it boasts a fabulous team of over 120 members of staff, who all work together to ensure that the best customer service is provided to our clients. This is recognised by our multiple wins of Customer Service Provider of the Year.
We also have a partner site, based in London, that offers exclusive benefits for London-local dentists, including a collection and delivery service and same-day retainer service.
Exclusive products from S4S
We are proud to be the exclusive providers of the Sleepwell – the most clinically proven mandibular advancement splint (MAS) for snoring mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnoea. Additionally, the sleep clench inhibitor (SCI), which is FDA-approved for the treatment of bruxism and medically diagnosed migraines. Finally, Smilelign – a clear aligner system manufactured wholly in the UK.
We are also the providers of Duratain ultra-strength retainers, Protex sports mouthguards and Smilefixed, our self-ligating bracket system.
The future is digital
Advocates of digital dentistry, we have made great investments over the last few years to better our service to our clients. We now have a dedicated digital department and in-house print room with over 13 printers. Over 50% of all lab work received is now from digital scans. In support of dentists making the digital leap, we do not charge for 3D model printing with appliances submitted digitally.
