Enrico Steger, founder of Zirkonzahn and creator of Prettau zirconia, shares a message for the new year.
A year’s end never has the same meaning for everyone. For a child it is a new discovery; for a teenager a new adventure. It is aspiration for an adult and nostalgia for an elderly person.
For everyone, however, the passing year has a story to tell. And with its packed memories it takes us to that special place somewhere deep inside us where we breathe the fresh air of anticipation. The anticipation for the new year to come, which will bring new encounters, fresh ideas, renewed purposes, and the impatience to realise these plans.
But what really matters the most is that we become new people. We will notice it by the unusual thoughts flooding our minds, the choices we will make and the different words we will use. We never change by ourselves: there is always someone, or something, that gives us the push we need to grow and change.
Looking forward to this year, I would like to say thank you to all of you who have chosen to be part of the Zirkonzahn family. Our constant exchange has always pushed me to nourish myself with new goals and new knowledge, until I have shaped the person I am now. Always respect your past, with its faults and virtues, because it has forged the person you are today; and use your future to raise the person you wish to become.
Also in this new year, we at Zirkonzahn will always be at your side, to walk together along a key path of our daily life, the one of work. With trust and mutual support, we will be each other’s source of change!
