Thomas is the founder and managing director of Wealthwide. He's been advising dentists and practice owners for over 20 years and is a chartered and certified financial planner. He's also married with three children, loves cycling, playing tennis and generally keeping fit.

Speaker: Mike Hesketh

Mike is the founder of the rapidly growing Dartmoor Dental and CEO of Hesketh Healthcare, helping practice owners achieve similar success with their practices. For eight years Mike was a military dentist, serving with the Royal Marine Commandos in challenging environments. He founded then sold Exeter Dental aged 35 for £3.2m, embarking on a around the world gap year with his young family.
