Neil Patel is a specialist in orthodontics. He also has a wide variety of clinical experience in growth modification, ceramic, self-ligating and Invisalign orthodontic appliances. He completed his undergraduate dental training at The Royal London Hospital in 2007 with distinction. Neil undertook further training in Sheffield and Birmingham, completing hospital positions in paediatrics, restorative and oral maxillofacial surgery. During which he won the Schottlander Research prize at the British Society of Prosthodontics in 2010. Mr Patel completed his specialist orthodontic training at the prestigious Eastman Dental Hospital in 2013. He received the Houston Postgraduate Research Scholar. This is an award given to the best academic research dissertation in 2013. Neil Patel has also actively continued to pursue his research interest in patient related outcome measures. He has multiple publications in peer review journals. In his spare time Mr Patel likes to play tennis, football and also competes in mud runs. As well as listening to and playing the acoustic guitar.
