Kettenbach Dental is expanding its composites division of Visalys products. What started with a single material over a decade ago expanded to five restorative solutions for core build-ups, cementing, temporary restorations and nano-hybrid composites for direct filling therapy. Visalys Temp and Visalys Core became the most used in the past few years, therefore their quality will show in really stable temporaries as well as core build-ups.
Visalys Temp – temporary restorative
A temporary crown and bridge material also suitable as long-term temporaries.
Visalys Temp creates exceptionally stable and fracture-resistant short-term and long-term temporary restorations based on a multifunctional acrylic composite. The minimal shrinkage ensures well-fitting and tension-free temporary restorations from crowns or bridges to inlays/onlays and highly aesthetic veneers.

Visalys Core is a dual-curing composite for difficult and freehand core build-ups as well as root post cementation. Special network formers create a reversible interaction between the fillers and give the user the possibility of controlling the stability using the application speed. At the same time, the flowability is greatly increased due to shear forces during application from the mixer. The integrated patented Active-Connect-Technology (ACT) ensures secure adhesion with all conventional light-curing or dual-curing one-step or multi-step adhesives.
