Amit Patel

Amit Patel BChD graduated from the University of Leeds in 2013 with a merit of distinction in the examination of clinical dental practice. He then undertook the MJDF examinations with the Royal College of Surgeons and now works as a senior house officer in oral and maxillofacial surgery with the Mid Essex Hospitals Trust. He won best audit and best Case presentation during his vocational training year, and was also a winner of the six-month-long campaign Fast Track 4 run by Dentistry, Young Dentist and Dentistry.co.uk, to recognise the work of young dentists. Amit works at Brickfields Dental Care as an associate providing NHS and private treatments. He is also a core member of the Essex Dental Network liaising with NHS England to improve health care services in Essex. Amit is the CEO of Dental Circle (www.dentalcircle.com), the social network for dental professionals.
