Hanna Kinsella walks us around her practice, Kiln Lane Dental, in this month’s episode of Dentistry Cribs.
Kiln Lane Dental has been treating patients in St Helens since 1955, gaining a reputation as a highly respected and trusted dental practice.
It is a multiple surgery, state-of-the-art dental practice, offering the very latest treatments available.
‘I took over the practice in 2018,’ Hanna explains. ‘We completely rebranded and refreshed the practice.
‘I did work at Kiln Lane Dental previously as an associate. It really helped, I got to know the staff, who are absolutely fantastic. It was one of the main reasons I decided to buy the practice.’

The practice includes four surgeries, with a fifth planned for installation later in the year.
All surgeries in the practice are fully digitalised, with state-of-the-art equipment. There is also a microscope for endodontic treatment, as well as an OPT machine for any dental implants that the staff can carry out in the practice.
But it’s Kiln Lane Dental’s surgery upstairs that really grabs the attention. With its own waiting area, big open surgery and eye-catching equipment, ‘patients love it’ Hanna says.
‘It was really important that we created a nice, friendly, warm atmosphere,’ Hanna continues.
‘It’s reflected in the brand colours we went for, soft greens and greys creating a nice ambience.
‘Kiln Lane is a period property, it has lovely high ceilings and covings. We’ve kept a lot of the original features, which the patients love.’
