Sandeep Kumar opens up about his journey into Invisalign, his new business course and offers up his top tips for keeping everything balanced.
Sandeep Kumar is best known as the CEO and founder of Mismile, the largest provider of Invisalign in the UK.
In this podcast, he discusses the beginnings of his Invisalign passion and why he decided to hang up his scrubs in favour of business.
He also talks about his journey of retraining as a dentist in the UK, which involved him initially working as a dental nurse.
Saying that this ‘made him a better person and human being’, he added: ‘I can now relate to the dental nurses in the practice and their day-to-day challenges.’
New Invisalign course
In addition, he discusses his new course – called ‘Mastering your Invisalign Business’ – and how clinicians enter.
‘There’s lots of clinical programmes out there where you go to learn with hands on experience. This is probably the first ever programme where you can call it mastering the business hands on,’ he said.
‘I bring people in, start early and spend nearly six solid hours talking everything Invisalign. I then bring them into my Mismile clinic and show them how we have implemented all that I’ve discussed.’
