Dental care professionals play an essential role in safeguarding; we are trained to recognise signs of abuse in patients and act accordingly to preserve our patients’ safety.
The focus of this presentation is to highlight the importance of employers learning how to create a safe space for employees to ask for support if they are being affected by domestic abuse.
