The Dentistry Show London – ‘perfect’ dental meeting

dentistry show londonThe Dentistry Show London closed its doors on Saturday after welcoming thousands of delegates to London’s Olympia.

It was over 24 months since the previous London Dentistry Show and, following the pandemic, the profession and industry were eager to get out.

The buzz around the hall was palpable as the profession and industry caught up with each other after so long away.

‘Congratulations to the team behind The Dentistry Show London,’ Ken Finlayson, CEO at FMC, said.

‘After two years away, it was amazing to see so many dental professionals at the event.

‘Everyone I spoke to was glowing about the show. And I fully expect it to become the major dental meeting in the UK from now on.’

‘Excellent’ Dentistry Show London

Delegates could also hear from leading speakers around the profession across seven lecture theatres.

There were podium lectures, on-stand hands-on training and live demonstrations for every member of the dental team.

Speakers covered everything from the latest clinical techniques to new materials, technologies and practice management solutions.

‘The show’s been excellent,’ Harry Singh, exhibitor and speaker at the Dentistry Show London, said.

‘There’s been a really good turnout. We’re really surprised in terms of the turnout over the last two days. And the seriousness of the enquiries.

‘So, lots of positivities, lots of sales and a good audience. We’re definitely coming back.’

‘Perfect’

Planning has already begun for The Dentistry Show London 2022, which promises to be bigger and better.

The show will move to London’s Excel, which will give more space to showcase the very latest innovations. You can register your interest for free, simply by visiting london.dentistryshow.co.uk.

‘The show’s been great,’ Jana Denzel, show attendee, said.

‘There’s so many people here and so many things to see. It’s been really great!

‘Speaking to the exhibitors here, they tell me about the discounts and deals that they can do for you. They explain what they can do for the clinic themselves and actually come into the clinic.

‘Coming here is really useful. I would have spent a lot of money otherwise, instead of speaking to these guys. It’s been really, really helpful – perfect.’

‘A true celebration’

Alex Harden, group event director at Closerstill Media, added: ‘After two long years away, the dental industry was back in action for two days, with over 2,500 visitors, 1,000 new product innovations, 100s of new exhibitors, seven individual conference streams.

‘The show was a true celebration of the industry’s resilience. Thanks to the profession, the associations, charities and the trade that were able to support the show this year. It’s an absolute pleasure to be back!

‘Next stop is the British Dental Conference and Dentistry Show Birmingham co-located with the Dental Technology Showcase. This takes place 13-14 May 2022 at the NEC.

‘We can’t wait to see you there!’
