Justin is the founder of Focus4growth, a sales and leadership training company with a focus on the dental market.
He believes by taking a consultative approach, dental team members can learn how to approach sales in practice and make sure they’re providing the best treatment for their patients.
‘Thinking about consulting patients comes very naturally to dental professionals,’ he says.
‘They want to consult the patient. It’s knowing the right questioning techniques, knowing how to deepen your listening, knowing how to improve listening principles and reduce the disruption.’
