‘You’ve got to remember dentistry is very robust,’ he says.

‘It’s not a volatile industry, it’s very secure. We can’t forget that. That said, banks will be choosey and will want extra securities. They’ll want experience usually, but they will lend to first-time buyers. But it’s knowing the right lenders and the right people at the banks to get the deals through.’
