In our eighth episode, we welcome Milad Shadrooh to talk about his time as an internet sensation – and what it has taught him as both a dentist and a person.
Also known as The Singing Dentist, it’s been almost five years since his debut won over the hearts of the profession and the public.
But he is showing no signs of slowing down, coming in at number one in the 2020 Dentistry Top 50 for the second year running.
Here, we chat about his journey so far, his top tips for other professionals and practices, and how he deals with negativity and criticism on social media.
‘Trolling, negativity, all that kind of stuff, it’s part and parcel of it,’ he says.
‘The majority of the time, trolls just want to get a rise out of you. I kill them with kindness most of the time.’
