Zoe is passionate about supporting practices and can offer invaluable advice on how to strategically and successfully run your business.

Mark Topley is a leadership, culture and performance coach who helps dental practice owners build teams that hold their standards without the owner carrying everything.

Drawing on 25+ years in dentistry, and his own experience of burnout, Mark works with principals and practice managers across the UK, and speaks regularly at events including the Dentistry Show, BDA and BDIA.

He writes for Dentistry and Private Dentistry, and runs the Practice Manager Bootcamp.

Lucie Simic is a dental business consultant and has worked in the dental industry for nearly a decade, helping practices increase their turnover and deliver exceptional customer experience. Lucie managed a strategic business plan which transformed a three-chair practice into a seven-surgery referral hub in three years.
