How to add an extra £1k per week to your turnover from facial aesthetics
09:00- 16:00 | Add to Calendar

Dr Harry Singh’s story is a reflection of how many dentists are looking to introduce facial aesthetics into their dental business. He started offering facial aesthetics 20 years ago in his very successful dental business. However he became disappointed and loss his passion for aesthetics as he dint know how to market and sell these aesthetics services to his patients. He tried every marketing strategy and it wasn’t working. He struggled for many years and he eventually gave up. He didn’t renewal his aesthetic indemnity and went back to Dentistry.

Then one day, he decided to educate himself on marketing, sales and human psychology and his aesthetics business sky rocketed. In fact it went so well, he decided to quit Dentistry and solely focus on facial aesthetics, which he has been doing for the last 10 years. He realised that the one thing that stopped him was the incorrect ‘marketing mix’ which was different to the one he was using to attract dental patients.

This session is truly focused to help dentists to grow their facial aesthetics business. He is now on a mission to help empower over 10,000 dentists to grow their facial aesthetics business.

  • The 3 M’s of the marketing mix
  • My number one lead generation strategy that costs you no money upfront
  • How to reward salons and stay on the right side of the regulators
  • Which one sentence you need to use during the assessment that will keep you patients for life
  • The 4 P’s that will significantly reduce patient complaints
  • How to carry out a full aesthetics assessment so your patients will request more and buy more of your services – don’t be a line chaser
  • My ‘GOLDEN TICKET’ strategy that influences patients to keep on coming back
  • Why 99% of practitioners use gift vouchers the wrong way
  • Create ‘raving fan customers’ so they can’t stop telling their family and friends about your services

High tech: High risk?

High tech: High risk?

Scientific and technological advances in dentistry have made possible a wide range of new treatment options. But some of these exciting new opportunities have also created new risks and threats, leading in many parts of the world to more complaints and litigation. Meanwhile, new ways are created to eliminate or manage “old” risks more effectively.

The desirability of learning and developing new technical and clinical skills is beyond dispute. But this presentation will show that learning how to use them in ways that will control risks rather than adding to them, is the key to successful and trouble-free practice.

· To highlight the risks created by some of the recent scientific and technical advances in dentistry

· To illustrate how technical advances can often solve one problem, while creating another

· To demonstrate how new techniques can complicate the consent process in the post-Montgomery era

· To explain how new techniques and equipment can be used to manage new and existing risks more effectively
