Hugo van Loenen is the CEO of MediMatch Dental Laboratory, a company that he founded around 2006. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Delft, The Netherlands. During his studies, he gained extensive experience managing large-scale projects within an entrepreneurial, family business-like environment. His exposure to the dental industry began while overseeing dental practices in the north of the UK. 

The idea for MediMatch Dental was born out of a clear need for high-quality yet competitively priced dental lab products in the UK market. Hugo and his team focused on standardizing in-lab procedures, optimizing workflows, and later integrating digital technology. This approach enabled MediMatch Dental to experience steady growth year over year, eventually securing private equity backing in January 2025.

Pip Dhariwal is the CEO and chairman of Smile Dental Care. He has a special interest in intravenous sedation, and is a sedation training and accreditation committee approved supervisor. Pip is a fellow of the International College of Dentists, the College of General Dentistry and the Royal Society of Medicine. In addition, he is a practitioner advice and support scheme mentor and a mental health and wellbeing champion and REACT Mental Health trainer.

Ash is a globally respected pioneer in the world of personal branding. Starting his career at Steven Bartlett’s Manchester-based agency Social Chain, he went on to set up his own agency Great Influence in 2018.

Pat Langley is a dentist and the founder and chief executive of Apolline, now part of Dentistry Compliance.

Prior to founding Apolline, Pat spent seven years as group clinical director at Oasis. Pat and the team at Apolline provide a complete end-to-end dental compliance management solution comprising innovative software and in-practice support, together with online and in-practice training, to enable dental practices of all sizes to meet current and future standards of safety and compliance.

Dr Biju Krishnan is an award-winning dentist with special interests in early interceptive non-extraction orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. He is the founder of Dentistry Consent, the first enhanced consent tool for General Dentistry, and the inventor of Cfast – one of the UK’s largest orthodontic cosmetic tooth alignment systems. Dr Rossington is a dentist and owner of Renavé Clinic, a medical aesthetics and wellness practice in Retford, Nottinghamshire. With experience across NHS, private dentistry, and oral and maxillofacial surgery, she then underwent a 2-year programme in facial aesthetics and has now exclusively limited her practice to this field. She is the editor of the Oxford Handbook of Clinical Dentistry and, as a mother of two toddlers, is passionate about empowering other women in the industry to find happiness, fulfilment, and balance in both their professional and personal lives.
