This two-day retreat brings the industry together in a setting designed to step away from the day-to-day and focus on meaningful discussion, new ideas and shared opportunity.
Across the programme you’ll find a balance of insightful discussions, valuable commercial meetings and shared experiences.
From thought-provoking speakers and engaging panel discussions to curated 1:1 networking opportunities across 50 partnering companies, and a range of activities to suit every energy level, the ADG Conference brings together every element needed to spark conversation, foster collaboration and build lasting connections.
Set on the peaceful lakeside grounds of De Vere Cotswold Water Park Hotel, the ADG Conference offers a two-day retreat designed to bring the industry together away from the everyday.
Arrive to a welcome lunch followed by a programme of insightful discussion, and a celebratory three course gala dinner to bring the community together.
On-site overnight accommodation for one night per DSO is included, giving you the time and space to make the most of two days together.
Across the programme, insightful panel discussions bring together industry leaders and expert speakers to explore the topics shaping the future of the sector.
Alongside these conversations, you’ll take part in eight curated 1:1 meetings across 50 partnering companies, carefully matched to your interests and business priorities, thus creating space for meaningful discussion and real commercial opportunity.
Across the retreat, a range of shared experiences give you the chance to connect beyond the conference room.
Whether you’re a thrill-seeker keen to try activities like kayaking, or prefer more relaxed moments such as cocktail making or rise-and-shine yoga, there will be something for everyone.
The experience continues with a summer-themed soirée, complete with refreshments and garden games, a relaxed setting to unwind, network and build lasting connections with peers across the industry.
Discover the steps we have taken to adapt the ADG Conference for 2026, based on your previous feedback.
We’ve extended meeting times between partners and attendees from 10 to 15 minutes, allowing for more meaningful conversations and deeper insights.
We’ve adjusted the schedule to include an earlier start on Day 1, while still allowing time for attendees to travel to the Cotswolds, and an earlier finish on Day 2 so you can get a head start on the weekend.
Our new venue allows us to provide on-site overnight accommodation for one night per registered DSO, giving you the time and space to fully immerse yourself in the retreat experience – meaning no travel at the end of the evening and a relaxed start the following morning.
Step 1: Complete the Apply to Register form.
Submit your details along with those of your DSO to apply for one of the limited places.
Step 2: Application review.
A member of our events team will review your application to confirm it meets the attendee criteria and will be in touch to confirm your place.
Step 3: We take care of the rest.
Once your place is confirmed, a member of our events team will book your complimentary on-site one-night accommodation (one room per DSO) and begin matching your preferences with those of our partnering companies, carefully curating your eight 1:1 meetings.
