This webinar explores both the risks and benefits of using social media in a personal, professional and practice context, with a particular focus on responding to and engaging with patients online.
The session aims to raise awareness of common risks associated with social media use by dentists and dental practices, including interactions with patients and the public.
It will also examine practical and appropriate ways to engage with patient comments and feedback, helping to minimise potential risks while maintaining professionalism.
MDDUS risk adviser Kay Louise Grant will review the relevant regulatory requirements and best practice guidance governing dentists’ use of social media.
