Mark Topley is a dental leadership and organisational culture consultant, working in partnership with Dentistry Compliance. He supports principals and practice managers to lead with clarity, build resilient teams, and embed culture into everyday practice. With over 20 years’ experience across the sector, Mark specialises in helping dental leaders meet CQC expectations without the overwhelm. He’s the creator of the Great Boss Bootcamp and Go Practice Green, and known for making leadership practical, human, and refreshingly honest.

Speaker: Brian Anderson

Brian Anderson has been working within the dental industry for over a decade specialising in marketing, sales and leadership training.

Brian’s goal is to show how dentistry can save lives as well as change the healthcare industry through the development of Total Health Screens, which gives more value to patients by connecting oral health with general health and giving dental practices the ability to provide a variety preventative health screens.

Speaker: Abhi Pal

Abhi Pal is the Dean of the Faculty of General Dental Practice UK (FGDP) and has recently become the first elected President of the College of General Dentistry. He has worked in general dentistry for over 30 years’, spending most of this time as a principal dentist at a mixed NHS and private practice in Edgbaston.
