During the research phase, Mark booked a showroom appointment with Justin Hind, A-dec’s territory manager for London & south east England, where he had the chance to ask detailed questions and gain insight into essential aspects, such as ergonomics.
At this point, Mark’s decision to choose A-dec brand going forward was solidified after seeing the craftsmanship and attention to detail in every aspect of the equipment.
