Dental Partners, an exciting and fast-growing network of dental practices, are in high spirits, celebrating a whopping 100,000 reviews – the first ever group to do so.
In 2017, Dental Partners had signed up 11 locations and, just five years later, they are proud to have all their practices using the review platform.
This breakthrough has been achieved in association with Working Feedback, a top tier partner with a system that integrates directly with Software of Excellence and Dentally.
The system collects, moderates and shares feedback through easy-to-use software and is an approved review partner for the CQC and NHS digital, which means the system also takes care of the Friends and Family Test (FFT) requirements.
