East of England Show – hear from performance coach Justin Leigh

Discussing how to improve your patient consultations to grow your private practice, catch performance coach Justin Leigh at the East of England Show on 1 October 2022.

FMC is pleased to announce a brand new dental show is heading to the East of England next month.

The first of its kind, the East of England Show is heading to the East of England Arena in Peterborough on Saturday 1 October.

It is a dedicated show for all dental care professionals in the East of England and is expected to be the largest dental event of 2022 in the area.

The day also promises to bring key brands, leading speakers and the latest topics in dentistry for all members of the practice team.

It is perfect for all dental professionals who are keen to develop their knowledge and invest in their practice towards a better future.

And best of all, the event is completely free to attend. Register now for free to save your spot!

‘One area that major exhibitions always miss is the East of England,’ said Leanna Ellis, FMC events director.

‘With so many links into London, it’s easy to see why. But dental teams shouldn’t have to travel half the way across the country to see the latest innovations.

‘That’s why we’re bringing the show to you. We’re very excited to bring to you, for the first time, the East of England Dentistry Show. And we can’t wait to see you all there.’

He runs structured consultative sales and leadership coaching programs based on the principles from his bestselling book: Inspire, Influence, Sell: Master the psychology, skills and systems of the world’s best sales teams.

Justin has trained thousands of sales professionals throughout his career in amazing companies including Align Technology, W&H, Septodont, Biohorizons Camlog, SDI, Mismile Network and the British Dental Industry Association.

He’s is the preferred sales trainer and coach for the British Dental Industry Association and has also been invited to speak to members of the BACD, the Mismile network and Denplan.

His aim is to inspire our dental clients with the confidence, capability and consistency to become the market leaders in their field.

Of his lecture, Justin said: ‘The ideal way to manage patient conversations is to take a consultative approach.

‘When we’re busy and focused on the number of patients we have to see, we can forget how important it is. Many dentists and teams haven’t learned a consultative communication model.

‘Taking a consultative approach to patient conversations changes the patient’s perspective and gives them confidence that we offer the best treatment options.’

He hopes delegates take away from his lecture:

  • A consultative communication model to transform patient consultations
  • How your team can improve their conversations to positively impact your patients
  • Greater confidence in every patient consult.
