Align Technology’s March digital excellence series focuses on the digitally powered new patient experience
On 21 February 2022 in Birmingham, Align Technology recently launched the third season of its digital excellence series. The webinar programme features new digital opportunities and the best practice examples for dental professionals who are already working with an intraoral scanner. It shows the possibilities for the doctors who are yet to switch from analogue to a digitised practice environment.
Guiding viewers through the experience
On Wednesday 2 March 7.30pm (CET) 6.30pm (UK time), Dr Marcos White (UK) and Dr Kristina Baumgarten (DE), both general practitioners with a fully digitised practice setups, will guide viewers through a digitally-powered new patient experience.
Together, they will demonstrate how one scan is at the heart of a future-oriented workflow. Both practitioners will provide practical guidance on how to implement this process.
The process will take patient engagement, evaluation, diagnosis and treatment planning to another level.
The two speakers will discuss the fundamental shift in meeting patient needs and expectations.
Dr Marcos White and Kristina Baumgarten will highlight the emotional significance of the first visit. Also, the importance of collaborating with the patient and gaining their trust to improve their dental situation with a clinically driven, holistic approach.
They will also share tips on how to create the right environment with suitable digital tools, space and practice teamwork, how to develop a business through high patient engagement and advocacy, and how to manage compliance, consent and financial considerations.
All events are complimentary. The practitioners will conduct the events in English with simultaneous live translations. This includes French, Italian, German, Spanish, Polish, Russian and Turkish.
