We speak to Kevin Dapaah about his most memorable experience in dentistry and his future aims of expanding the care that he gives to patients.
Kevin Dapaah
Dr Kevin Dapaah is the co-founder and clinical director of the Dove Dental and Wellbeing Spa based in London. Dr Dapaah carries out all aspects of general dentistry but has a strong clinical focus in restorative and aesthetic dentistry.
He particularly enjoys providing composite and porcelain veneers and creating smile makeovers for his patients. He also has an interest in orthodontics where he straightens teeth using cosmetic braces and the Invisalign clear aligner system.
Dr Dapaah obtained a Bachelors of Engineering Degree in dental material science from Queen Mary University of London. Following this he studied dentistry at Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry in Plymouth and Exeter.
He has gained valuable experience from working for the NHS across various dental practices from London to Scotland and as a hospital dentist at St. Georges University Hospital and Kingston Hospital in London.
Dr Dapaah has been committed to working in private practice since 2016 and went on to set up a private practice alongside his partners from scratch in 2019. His practice is growing, flourishing and expanding at a fast rate despite the pandemic.
Dr Dapaah is professional in his approach, empathetic in nature and very personable when it comes to dealing with his patients. He delivers his dentistry ethically and to a high standard and doesn’t believe in compromising on the quality of his work.
Many have benefited from being under Dr Dapaah’s care including patients from the music, film and sports industries. He also caters for international patents coming from both Europe and Africa.
Dr Dapaah is working towards achieving a diploma in implant dentistry and a post graduate certificate in restorative and aesthetic dentistry.
