This is open to young dentists and dental professionals who under the age of 35 at the time of entry.

- Six Month Smiles will fly one of the four named winners out to its headquarters in Texas.
In Texas you can attend a Six Month Smile course, get a tour of the factory and have a weekend in Dallas for sightseeing.

- Specific achievement in your career to date
