S4S joins forces with HM Orthodontics to form S4S London and one of the UK’s biggest orthodontic and splint laboratories.
S4S and HM Orthodontics have been in discussions about how best to serve the UK’s GDPs and orthodontists.
The directors of S4S and HM Orthodontics consequently decided they are stronger together and formed S4S London.
The acquisition and merger will see dental laboratory giants S4S (UK) Limited and HM London Orthodontics join forces.
This enables them to provide an unrivalled orthodontic service to clients in the south east of England.
S4S London
S4S London opens up a whole new opportunity for dentists and orthodontists.
It means dentists and orthodontists can use what will now be the UK’s biggest orthodontic and splint laboratory.
S4S London also offers the widest range of orthodontic appliances, occlusal splints and mandibular advancement splints.
Commercial director, Neil Bullement, explains a little more about the acquisition: ‘S4S has always wanted to increase its presence in London, so the opportunity to link up with HM Orthodontics was too good to miss.
‘S4S London is the coming together of two like-minded businesses, which will provide a “local lab” feel for its clients.
‘Having a presence in London will enable us to offer some of the quickest turnarounds.
‘Consequently clients can now access a “same day” collection and delivery for their orthodontic retainers, which is a game changer.’
