Dental show ends with a fanfare

The Dentistry Show closed its doors to great fanfare this March as organisers announced that the 2012 show was ‘the best event yet’.

With thousands of delegates in attendance at the NEC in Birmingham, The Dentistry Show featured a world-class conference line-up with speakers including the likes of Barry Cockcroft, Tif Qureshi, Linda Greenwall, and Nicola West.

The Dental Business conference was particularly popular with delegates who were keen to pick up tips and advice from some of the industry’s leading experts on how to run successful and profitable practices.

Chris Barrow, managing director of the BKH group, says: ‘For me, The Dentistry Show is one of the highlights of the year. With such a packed conference schedule on everything from practice finance to dental aesthetics, the Dentistry Show is the place to be for the forward-thinking dental professional.’

Aside from the chance to learn from some of the most renowned names in dentistry, delegates were also able to visit more than 300 different stands in the main exhibition hall – all while taking advantage of up to 60 hours of available CPD.

Paul Simon, a GDP from Hounslow, said: ‘The Dentistry Show is definitely the best event of its kind. The conferences were fantastic – the speakers were great and I came away feeling more enthusiastic about dentistry than ever. I even gained some verifiable CPD in the process!’

Organisers CloserStill Media have a growing reputation in the healthcare profession, and the Dentistry Show 2012 is testament to the organisers’ success.

With its all-inclusive mix of cutting-edge conference programmes, workshops, exhibitors and CPD, The Dentistry Show 2012 has set a powerful precedent for future shows, and has confirmed The Dentistry Show as the dentistry event of the year.
