With employment law constantly being amended and updated, it can be hard for employers to keep up.

Join Practice Plan’s head of sales, Zoe Close, and her panellists on Thursday 12 September at 7pm for a webinar that will help you keep abreast of recent changes and how to stay one step ahead.

Zoe is head of sales at Practice Plan and has over 30 years’ experience in the dental sector including working as a group business manager for a corporate group, a dental nurse, a head receptionist, and a practice manager. Zoe is passionate about supporting practices and can offer invaluable advice on how to strategically and successfully run your business.

Speaker: Sarah Buxton

Sarah Buxton specialises in acting exclusively for dentists, dental practice owners and dental managers in all aspects of HR and employment law, and is a Director at FTA Law. Sarah advises dental practices to make sure areas are correctly dealt with, from making changes to employment contracts to managing maternity and sickness absence. Sarah also has in-depth knowledge of working under an NHS contract and how this affects the employment relationship in a dental practice.

Speaker: Cat Edney

Cat Edney qualified from King’s College Dental Hospital in 2008 with a distinction in the dual qualification of dental hygiene and dental therapy.

She has over ten years of experience working in specialist private practice, she has developed a passion for multidisciplinary team working in the dental setting.

With her focus on providing personalised care for patients, Cat takes a holistic approach to dental disease prevention and treatment.

She also lectures nationally and runs hands-on therapist courses focusing on providing gold standard training and ongoing support.

Cat was awarded Best Hygienist at the 2021 Oral Health Awards and Best Dental Therapist at the Private Dentistry Awards 2021.

Speaker: Ritesh Aggarwal

Ritesh is a practicing dentist, practice principal and the CEO of Psynergy Mental Health. He has been working within the mental health industry since 2017 and has a strong drive and determination to improve mental health for all.

Psynergy is currently trying to shift the paradigm of mental health to a more preventative approach, similar to dentistry, and is working closely with NHS research teams to achieve thi
