Thomas Coates is a corporate solicitor and managing director of Buxton Coates Solicitors. The firm specialises in acting for dentists and healthcare professionals in all aspects of buying, running and selling their practice.
Thomas has particular specialisms in advising on the sale and purchase of practices and advising on business structures, partnership and shareholder matters along with knowledge of NHS contractual and regulatory issues.

Deniz Altin is an associate solicitor in the commercial property team at Buxton Coates Solicitors.
He has over four years’ experience in property law. He qualified in 2018 and has built a wealth of experience in varying types of commercial property matters, including freehold transactions, and landlord and tenant work such as granting new leases, and licences and lease assignments.

Jessica Rogers is a senior paralegal in the employment and HR team at Buxton Coates Solicitors.
She has recently completed her level 3 paralegal apprenticeship with distinction and is looking forward to beginning the level 7 solicitor apprenticeship in Spring this year.
Jessica advises our oracle subscription clients on day-to-day employment and HR issues, and advises clients on employment tribunal matters.
