How many questions do I have to answer correctly in order to get the CPD credit(s)?
To pass the CPD. Quiz, the total number of correct answers must be at least 100% of the number of questions. You can take quizzes as many times as you like.
How to attend a Live Webinar from a smartphone or tablet?
Our Webinar’s are mobile device friendly – simply follow the instructions from the Confirmation or Reminder email and login to Dentistry Study Club to watch the Webinar.
Are the CPD Credits certified by the GDC?
This Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activity fully complies with the CPD requirements of the General Dental Council.
How can I print the CPD certificate for a Webinar?
Once you have completed the CPD Quiz having watched the Webinar you are able to download your CPD Certificate. You can then print this and submit it as part of your CPD package.
How do I see the amount of CPD credits obtained?
The amount of CPD credits obtained is shown when signing up to the Webinar. They are also displayed on the CPD Certificate received after completing the Webinar.
How do I update my contact information?
Please make sure to keep your account details up-to-date. Only this way the CPD Certificates you are receiving are valid. Please keep your Dentistry Club account up to date at all times.
How do I launch a Live Webinar?
To attend a Live Webinar, please make sure you’re registered for the event. You’ll receive a confirmation email and a reminder email ahead of the Webinar. Simply follow the links from these emails to access the Webinar.
How can I reset my password?
If you’re unable to access your Dentistry Club account you can do so by using our Forgotten Password Reset.
How can I take the CPD Quiz?
If the Webinar offers CPD the Quiz will be available on the CPD Tab at the end of the broadcast.
What technical requirements do I need to attend a webinar?
To participate, you need a computer with audio output and a high-speed Internet connection.
The quality of webinar playback depends on your internet connection. While most internet connections will ensure optimal playback of the webinar, playback issues may occur if the speed or stability of your internet connection is not constant during the webinar.
