Event Timings

What time do doors open?

Doors open at 9:30am. We recommend arriving early to allow time for registration and to make the most of the exhibition.

What time does the show start?

The sessions begin at 10:30am.

What time does the event finish?

The main show content finishes at 4:00pm, followed by our Weekend Warmup networking event from 4:00pm – 6:00pm.

Registration & Badges

How do I collect my badge?

Please arrive at the AO Arena and proceed to registration to scan your QR code and collect your badge.

When will I receive my QR code?

You’ll receive an email within 48 hours of the event containing your QR code. This will be sent by our badge provider RefTech, from an eventreference.com email address.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No – a digital QR code on your phone is absolutely fine.

I haven’t received my QR code – what should I do?

Please check your junk/spam folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact events@fmc.co.uk for support.

Programme & Sessions

Do I need to pre-book sessions?

Only selected workshops require pre-booking. All other sessions are first-come, first-served, so we recommend arriving early for popular talks.

Where can I view the agenda?

The full agenda will be available on the NOE website closer to the event and signposted clearly on the day.

Can I move between sessions?

Yes – you’re free to explore the exhibition, attend sessions, and move around the event throughout the day.

Weekend Warmup (4:00pm – 6:00pm)

What is the Weekend Warmup?

The Weekend Warmup is an informal networking event taking place at the AO Arena after the main show finishes – 2 hours of drinks, guest DJs, and high energy networking.

Is the Weekend Warmup included with my ticket?

Yes – access and drinks are included for all registered NOE attendees.

Food & Refreshments

Is food included in my ticket?

No, food and drinks are not included, but a wide selection of food and beverage options will be available to purchase.

Can I bring my own food?

Venue policies may apply. We recommend using the on-site catering facilities.

Travel & Venue

Where is NOE held?

NOE takes place at AO Arena, Victoria Station Approach & Hunts Bank, Manchester, M3 1AR.

Where is the event entrance?

Access to the show is via the Event Floor Entrance. Follow signs for the Trinity Tunnel.

Is the venue easy to reach by public transport?

Yes – AO Arena is centrally located and well served by trains, trams, and buses. Manchester Victoria station is directly connected to the venue.

On-site parking is available at the CitiPark Arena Car Park on Trinity Way.

Accessibility

Is AO Arena accessible?

Yes – AO Arena is fully accessible. Step-free access, accessible toilets, and seating are available throughout the venue.

Do I need to arrange accessibility support in advance?

General Information

Is NOE free to attend?

Yes – NOE is free to attend, but registration is required.

Who can attend?

NOE is open to dental professionals and industry partners.

Will photography or filming take place?

Yes – photography and filming will take place throughout the event. By attending, you consent to being included in event media.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available within the venue.
