ADG Conference 2026 – Terms & Conditions

Event Overview

The ADG Conference 2026 is a two-day professional conference taking place on 2–3 July 2026 at the De Vere Cotswold Water Park Hotel. The event is hosted in partnership with the Association of Dental Groups and FMC and is designed for senior leaders and decision-makers within dental groups and DSOs.

1. Eligibility & Registration

  • 1.1 Attendance is by application or invitation only and is intended for qualifying dental group decision-makers, senior management, and leadership teams.
  • 1.2 The organisers reserve the right to approve or decline applications at their discretion.
  • 1.3 All attendees must register using their own details and ensure information provided is accurate and complete.
  • 1.4 Places are limited and not guaranteed until confirmed via email.

2. Attendance & Admission

  • 2.1 Admission to the conference is restricted to relevant industry professionals only.
  • 2.2 Attendees must always wear their event badge while onsite.
  • 2.3 Badges are non-transferable and must not be shared.
  • 2.4 The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

3. Event Content & Programme

  • 3.1 The conference will include lectures, panel discussions and networking sessions.
  • 3.2 The organisers reserve the right to amend the programme, speakers, or schedule at any time without prior notice.

4. Costs & Inclusions

  • 4.1 Attendance is complimentary for qualifying attendees, subject to approval.
  • 4.2 The organisers will include elements such as meals and refreshments to all attendees.
  • 4.3 Each DSO is entitled to one overnight accommodation on Thursday 2nd July 2026 at De Vere Cotswold Water Park. Additional accommodation is available to a second attendee at a preferential rate through FMC which will be chargeable and payable in advance.
  • 4.4 Preferential rate rooms will be confirmed separately and charged directly. Availability is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The events team at FMC will be in contact regarding pricing and availability.
  • 4.5 Any additional costs (e.g. travel, incidental expenses) are the responsibility of the attendee unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations & Non-Attendance

  • 5.1 If you can no longer attend, you must notify the organisers as soon as possible.
  • 5.2 Attendance is complimentary for qualifying delegates; however, a £250 + VAT cancellation fee will apply if you cancel your place within the 3-week period prior to the event date to cover our costs. This charge also applies for non-attendance on the day. Qualifying substitutions are welcome at any time at no additional cost, subject to approval by the organiser. FMC reserves the right to invoice the cancellation fee following written confirmation of cancellation or failure to attend.
  • 5.3 Substitutions may be permitted at the organiser’s discretion.

6. Code of Conduct

  • 6.1 Attendees are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
  • 6.2 The following are not permitted:
    • Disruptive behaviour
    • Unauthorised selling, canvassing, or promotion
    • Harassment or inappropriate conduct
  • 6.3 Breach of this code may result in removal from the event without liability.

7. Photography, Filming & Media

  • 7.1 Official photographers and videographers may be present during the event.
  • 7.2 By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed and to the use of such media for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
  • 7.3 If you do not wish to appear in media, you must notify the organisers in advance.

8. Data Protection & Marketing

  • 8.1 By registering, you agree that your details may be used by the organisers for event administration and communication.
  • 8.2 Where consent is given, your information may be shared with event partners or sponsors for relevant communications.
  • 8.3 You may unsubscribe from communications at any time in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Liability

  • 9.1 The organisers are not responsible for:
    • Personal injury (except where caused by negligence)
    • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
    • Participation in any organised activity is entirely at your own risk
    • Travel or accommodation disruptions
  • 9.2 Attendance is at the participant’s own risk.

10. Force Majeure

  • 10.1 The organisers shall not be held liable for cancellation or disruption caused by events outside their control, including but not limited to:
    • Natural disasters
    • Government restrictions
    • Venue issues
    • Public health concerns

11. Changes & Cancellation of Event

  • 11.1 The organisers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event at any time.
  • 11.2 In the event of cancellation, the organisers will communicate with registered attendees as soon as reasonably possible.
