Rules of entry

1. How to Enter

  • Complete the official ballot entry form online
  • Each participant may enter only once per ballot cycle. Duplicate entries will be removed
  • Entries must be submitted before the deadline stated for each ballot.

2. Selection Process

  • Successful applicants are chosen at random from all eligible entries
  • Being selected does not guarantee a confirmed spot until payment is made
  • If selected, you will receive an email notification with payment instructions.

3. Payment & Confirmation

  • Selected entrants must pay a £25 + VAT booking fee to secure their spot
  • Payment must be completed within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the notification email
  • If payment is not received within 3 days, the spot will be forfeited and offered to the next randomly selected applicant
  • Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a final confirmation with details of your hands-on session.

4. Waiting List

  • If you are not selected in the first round, you will remain on the waiting list
  • Should a spot become available (due to non-payment or cancellations), the next applicant will be randomly chosen and notified.

5. Terms & Conditions

  • Entry does not guarantee selection
  • The booking fee is non-refundable
  • Selected applicant must personally attend the session; spots are non-transferable
  • The organisers reserve the right to amend or cancel the ballot process if necessary
  • Participants must be GDC registered.
