How to get started
- Visit the ‘virtual care’ page on the Invisalign Doctor Site and accept terms and conditions
- Invite patients to download the My Invisalign app and set up a patient account. Provide patients with an Invisalign Lens to attach to their smartphone for easy photo capture
- With each aligner change, your patient is prompted to submit progress photos between practice visits using the Invisalign Lens via the My Invisalign app
- Align-trained personnel review photos and send feedback to patients based on doctor settings.
With Invisalign Virtual Appointment, practices can quickly and easily set-up a virtual face-to-face appointment with patients.

Jan Einfeldt
Dr Jan Einfeldt is a speaker for iTero and Invisalign. He has been an Invisalign provider since 2008 and has been teaching intra-oral scanning to dentists since 2017.
He has delivered lectures in cities across the UK, Ireland and Germany, and speaks Danish and German fluently.
He also created and teaches the digital masterclass for iTero users to get the most out of the iTero digital environment, the IOS simulations and restorative features and benefits.
Jan is the UK representative for the International Digital Dental Academy (IDDA) and on the orthodontic committee.
