This is one of the core aspects of the company, which allows it to provide clients with quick problem solving and a 360° support that covers all technical, dental technology and methodological assistance, with extremely short response times. This service includes:

  • Delivery of spare parts within 24/48 hours
  • Fully-stocked warehouse
  • Remote live support via software and PC
  • Remote upgrade of milling machines, sintering furnaces and software
  • Modular products to facilitate maintenance work – clients can repair their machines autonomously under the guidance of a Zirkonzahn technician via remote and live assistance
  • Multilingual, in-house support team with many years of experience in the sector of informatics and dental technology, composed also of dental technicians. Each team member is trained internally to become specialised in a specific sector (machines, software, PC, materials, case design, nesting – such as calculation/positioning, etc)
  • Efficient ticket system with high priority to software and hardware issues.

Alongside the technical and technological support, Zirkonzahn also offers educational assistance through the ‘Zirkonzahn School’, an extensive training programme for dental technicians and dentists to help them get the most efficient use out of their equipment.
