Prettau 2 Dispersive zirconia is already provided with a natural colour gradient during the manufacturing process.
In order to achieve a particularly smooth, natural colour gradient after the sintering process a special technique is used, which does not blend colours into layers, but disperses them evenly.
Depending on the aesthetic requirements, the structures can also be further individualised by manually applying colour liquids, ceramics or stains.
Triple gradient
This biocompatible zirconia can be designed monolithically or reduced and is suitable for both single crowns and full arch bridges.
Zirkonzahn’s range of zirconia materials includes the ‘Dispersive’ materials, characterised by a natural colour gradient as well as several white zirconia typologies. This can be further individualised manually with Colour Liquids, for a more patient-specific result.
The ‘dispersive’ concept of colour gradient has been developed even further with the new Prettau 3 Dispersive zirconia, which is provided during the manufacturing process with a triple gradient of colour, translucency and flexural strength.
Zirkonzahn will be at the BDIA Dental Showcase 2023 in London on March 24-25. Visit the company’s booth and book an appointment now with Zirkonzahn’s experts: contact [email protected], or telephone +39 0474 066 662.
