Real Good Dental (RGD) is celebrating being shortlisted for two Dental Industry Awards – ‘Outstanding Business of the year (more than 25 employees)’ and ‘Best Dental Practice Corporate Group’.
RGD has experienced incredible growth over the last year, having added 14 sites in Scotland and 18 sites in England (from 52 to 84) and recorded 61% growth to date in 2022.
RGD also introduced a top-level finance, marketing and ops teams this past year, and acquired Private Equity investment, enabling a number of incredible opportunities to be unlocked, including:
- June 2021 – Trispan acquires a majority stake in RGD
- August 2021 – acquisition of Quadrant, an implant specialist dental clinic outside of Glasgow
- September 2021 – finance function is augmented with the addition of a CFO, financial controller and FP&A Manager
- November 2021 – acquisition of Blackhills, a purpose-built specialist referral dental clinic in Perthshire
- January 2022 – central capabilities augmented with Marketing Director, Caragon/new websites implementation start etc
- July 2022 – RGD acquires Enamel Group, marking entry into England and adding 18 practices to the group
- October 2022 – first Republic of Ireland acquisition.
