Everybody needs a helping hand sometimes. And right now, is probably one of those times for many people.
That’s why Practice Plan has developed You Hub, a comprehensive resource centre designed to help people navigate the key areas affecting most of us at present, as Practice Plan Area Manager, Katrina Rees, explains in this video.
You Hub is available to everybody, not just Practice Plan customers, and consists of four sections: Wellbeing, Recruitment and Retention, Cost-of-Living and Business Finance. T
he aim of the hub is to provide access to useful information on these most important of topics currently affecting the whole of the dental profession, in some way.
Advice and analysis
Packed full of advice and analysis, the content was developed by collaborating with experts in the fields of mental health and wellbeing, HR and recruitment. We also worked with business coaches, mentors, and our colleagues at Wesleyan.
Each section contains articles, videos and handy downloads from thought leadership pieces to landscape commentary.
As well as ways to cope with stress and burnout, there’s information on budget planning, how to save money, and how to reduce your energy bills.
Support everybody
The Recruitment and Retention section also has helpful webinars and blogs on subjects such as how to use CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) as a way to attract and retain good staff, how to be a good leader and the importance of supporting your staff.
The information on You Hub is designed to be of benefit to the whole team, not just practice owners and managers. So, if you see something you think would be of help to one of your colleagues, please share it with them.
